From the depths of my heavy heart, THANK YOU for writing this. If more people--perhaps especially those who’ve lived their lives trapped in cycles of abuse, trauma, and feelings of powerlessness--could access the depth and breadth of this vast wisdom, the world would transform before our eyes. Perhaps it already is.

"The powerlessness we feel often obscures our true power." This is what I've been experiencing lately. I know I have power and strength within me, but I feel powerless a lot of the time. I have the story that power requires more responsibility than I feel ready to take one, and more energy than I have to give right now.
